So far so good, diet is working, I feel only small fatigue and I keep up with my planned sessions. I really like to have a training plan, because I can forget about everything and just go on autopilot. Yesterday I had nice interval swimming session and this morning I run first time since my 5 km test.
Food
I've been cooking on Sunday and I haven't cooked enough :p. I will have to prepare more food tomorrow. With no carbs in lunch / dinner meals I simply have to eat bigger portions. I also keep record of all my food and I must say that it helps me stick to my plan a lot.
Monday
- Oatmeal with protein shake, Greek yogurt and berries
- Skinny latte with vanilla
- handful of walnuts, few pieces of spicy beef jerky
- Whey, green tea caffeine, amino acids, creatine and carbs shake after workout
- Chicken salad (olives, white cheese stuffed peppers, tomatoes, grilled chicken)
- another skinny vanilla latte
- Fish with eggs and broccoli
- handful of cashews with raisings (after cycling home)
- caseine protein shake
Tuesday
- Banana
- Oatmeal with protein shake, Greek yogurt, berries and almonds
- Skinny latte with vanilla
- Diet protein bar
- Whey, green tea caffeine, amino acids, creatine and carbs shake post workout
- another skinny vanilla latte
- Chicken salad (olives, white cheese stuffed peppers, tomatoes, grilled chicken)
- Fish with eggs, tomatoes, and broccoli
- handful of cashews with raisings and figs (after cycling home)
- apple
- caseine protein shake
Damn, I eat a lot. But I've burned 3500 kcal since yesterday, and this food is quite nice, so I don't care, I'm quite sure that I'm behind with caloric intake anyway.
Running
My Triathlon run is still few months in front of me, so I've decided to run 10 km before. That wouldn't be that special if only the run is not in 10 days. That will be fun. I've never measured myself on 10 km distance, nor I took part in any running competition. Well, screw that, no pain, no gain!
I will have to adjust my plan next week to make room for this competition. I'll probably go easy on Friday and only run 3 - 5 km on Saturday.
I'm buying DSLR next month, so expect photos to appear on this blog. It's quite hard to take blog photos with the camera I have now :D
