Since some people were asking about my progress, here are few photos showing my progress. I've started proper training with fitness goals in the beginning of this year, but let me just briefly step back to the end of 2011, when all those changes actually started. Current photos are at the end of this post.
Time flies quite fast, it’s been already three months since I've started my Triathlon preparation. Over this three months I've probably swum and run more than in my entire life, I've experimented with few different meal plans, lost weight, gained muscles, spent countless hours at local Virgin Active gym, got few punctures and bought things I'd never thought I will own. And the best thing is that this journey has just begun!
I was to write the “week summary” post, but then I realised that it’s already Tuesday and I don’t remember everything from last week anymore. Instead, just quick catch up with my progress and few words about me getting too addicted sometimes.
My plan of turning into fish is working well :D. But seriously, I’ve been swimming more than usually last week, I’ve found new pool and got new ways to cook healthy. But once again Sunday turned out to be too short, so the summary post is delayed.
It has been the most intense training week so far, but I've managed to done almost every planned workout. To be honest, when I started I didn't realize, that meeting your training goals can be so damn satisfying. Below are weekly stats, progress and meal plans. Happy Sunday!
You can read loads and loads about every possible fitness activity, including running. From basic advice, through training programs, ending at advanced techniques, everything is covered. Yet there is one thing that is being omitted. Addiction!
This week passed very quickly. Despite bad weather and lack of strength I've managed to complete my training plan, go for shopping and even clean my bike. Now I’m waiting for chicken to be ready (as usual, cooking Sunday!)
I am busy person. Like really busy. I spend above 9 hours at work (including lunch break), I have a dog that needs to be walked every day, I watch few tv shows and I read tons of various things in the Internet. Oh yes, I forgot about my social life. I I have one, kind off :-). On top of that I try to run this blog. Somehow its possible!
