Running

  • Go for a run in 30 different countries (5/30)
  • Go for a run in 50 different cities (10/50)
  • Run a marathon
    • Run 10 different marathons (2/10)
  • Run half marathon
  • Run 5km below 18 minites
  • Run 10km below 40 minutes
  • Run half marathon below 1 hour and 30 minutes
  • Run marathon below 3 hours and 30 minutes
  • Run 100km in one week
  • Run an ultra marathon

Cycling

Swimming

  • Swim 1km below 17 minutes
  • Swim 1km below 15 minites
  • Swim 4 km without break
  • Swim 10 km without break
  • Learn to swim butterfly style
  • Learn flip turn
  • Swim 50km in one week

Sport

  • Bring body fat percentage below 10%
  • Get published in any sport magazine
  • Go climbing on a proper rock!
  • Squat 150 kg
  • Deadlift 150 kg
  • Do 100 pushups
    • Do 250
  • Do 20 pull ups
    • Do 50 pull ups
  • Learn how to do back flip
  • Do 5 muscle ups
  • Get certified as a PT / Tri Coach

Health

  • Survive whole week on 100% healthy diet
    • Survive whole month
  • No alcohol or soda drinks for a whole month
  • Go to bed (and try to sleep ;)) at 10pm every day for a whole month
  • Wake up at 5.30 every day for a whole month
  • Meditate for at least 10 minutes each day for a whole month
  • Practice yoga at least once a week for 6 months
