What do you do when you have planned hard interval run ant it is raining? You buck up, put some jacket and go for a run! And then you feel like a badass!

I've promised myself that I'm not going to skip any more workouts in this program. One more week of running and 3 more weeks of swimming before revision and progress check. I've promised myself that I will go hard and give 110% on every session.

For today - mission completed!


I really need to buy some proper camera... or new face :p.

Anyway, I love interval training sessions. I know few fit guys who will say "screw cardio, I'm too lazy for that", but for me those are actually most interesting, especially compared with weight training.

I'm also starting to notice synergy between running and cycling, since my average speed increased while I still sit in zone 2 and 3.

By the way, I've bought casein protein for evening recovery drink. Most disgusting drink ever. Damn!
