Simple, delicious and healthy Blueberry smoothie. And also easy to prepare.
- frozen blueberries (or fresh if you live in a place that buying them won’t ruin you)
- almonds
- chia seeds
- yogurt (you can freeze it before)
- vanilla protein powder
- almond milk or water
Blend and enjoy!
