I can say that 2013 was the year of changes. It started in London while I was working in big gaming company with even bigger plans ("we will be making 300 million $ per year" they said). I had plans with that company, long term plans. Well, the year ended up on the other part of the world in much smaller (yet still quite big for New Zealand) entertainment company that actually feels more like family sometimes. Life plots crazy scenarios. I started last year with publicly announced Goals and it worked well for me, so let’s make it a tradition.

My lifew has been kind of in hiatus for last few weeks. I've finished last race of the year and took few weeks of from the trainig regime (didn't gain any weight!). I've finished working for my last employer as well, which turned out to be one of the best things that happened to me. Not because last job was bad or something, but it just pushed me to take some risk and accept new role.

I've rebooted my life last week. Quite literally I've turned it upside down! New job, new flat, new city. Hell, even new hemisphere. I've moved to Auckland, New Zealand.

I must say that last four weeks passed by faster than I could've ever expected. But more surprising was the speed of my recovery. My face is almost healed (some red marks here and there, but nothing serious) and my left hand is getting better every day. I've even managed to start doing some weights workout at the gym. But no matter how nice all that is, nothing will beat the fact that I have a new bike! I was little worried that I won't be able to sort out insurance things on time, but in the end it all lined up perfectly.

Fuck. This is not how I planned this Sunday. We finally had few nice sunny days here in London and I just couldn't agree to make use of this nice weather. I started my day with a walk with Mac, ate high carb breakfast and went swimming. Later I ate tasty tuna steak and went for long cycle. My day ended with my hand in cast, broken nose and trashed bike. But step by step...
